I hereby give Lydia Murty permission to use my name, likeness, and image in photographs, film, and other media taken by Lydia Murty during the photography session. I understand that these photographs and film may be used for promotional, commercial, or other purposes, and may be published in various media formats, including print, digital, and online.

I hereby grant to Lydia Murty the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display my image and likeness, alone or in conjunction with other images, in any medium, for any purpose, without further compensation to me. This right includes the right to use my image for advertising, trade, promotion, or any other lawful purpose.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the photographs and film, and release Lydia Murty and their affiliates, representatives, and assigns from any and all claims arising out of the use of the photographs and film, including without limitation any claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or misappropriation of likeness.

I am the legal guardian of the model listed above. I hereby declare the absolute right and permission to take, use and publish photographs in which the minor may be included, either fully or partially. I grant the use, without restriction, of any changes or alterations now or in the future. I am of full legal age and have read and understood the terms of this release.

I also understand that I have the right to revoke this release at any time, by providing written notice to Lydia Murty. However. I acknowledge that revoking the release will not affect any use of my image or likeness that occurred before the revocation.
